1. Products
- POYROS creates limited 3D-printed resin jewelry capsules.
- Each piece is finished by hand, so small variations may occur — this is part of its uniqueness.
- Resin is a delicate material: avoid strong impacts, heat, extreme exposure to UV light or chemicals.
2. Prices & Payments
- All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT (IVA) excluding shipping.
- Payments are accepted via methods offered on our website [Visa/Mastercard/...]
- Shipping costs are added at checkout.
3. Shipping
- Orders ship from Barcelona, Spain.
- Delivery times vary between [3–6 business days] depending on destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification at the email address provided during checkout.
- Once an order is shipped, POYROS is not responsible for postal delays.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- POYROS offers 14 calendar days from the delivery date to ask for a refund.
- Returned items must be in their original condition; unused, in perfect condition, and must be returned with its original packaging and label.
- Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer, unless the product is faulty or defective. These are covered by the legal guarantee of 2 years according to Spanish and EU law.
