Shipping
- All orders are prepared and shipped once a week (Mondays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- Estimated delivery times:
• Spain: 3–6 business days
• EU: not available yet - Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
- Please note: international customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees that may apply in their country.
Returns
- Due to the handmade and limited nature of our jewelry, we only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, including photos of the product.
- Approved returns will be fully refunded, including original shipping costs.
